Thirsty Thursday: White Sangria

It’s a hot Thursday afternoon…somewhere I’m sure and nothing says summer like white sangria. It lifts you up lightly and carries you along on its brandy soaked back. It’s basically a boozy Falcor, and who doesn’t like that? As a reminder, we are all adults here and sangria should be served alongside snacks to keep the alcohol happy. Tapas are good, salt and pepper cashews rock, a good cheese board is always highly recommended. Keep is simple and sip it outside. And even if the June weather is not quite as balmy as you would like, gather a few friends in the living room and enjoy a pitcher or five over a few games of Cranium and a screening of your favorite 80’s fantasy flick. Check out the recipes compiled over at The Kitchn and start chopping some fruit.

You are likely an expert–and I need a direct recommendation–how do YOU do white sangria?
