Ungh: Buffalo Chicken Sausages

Every once in a while, I come across a recipe on someone else’s blog that is such a dastardly, decadent combination of ingredients, that it actually makes me say, out loud, this sound: Ungh. When we find these recipes, we try to keep the pithy commentary to a minimum, and just post the photo and a link to the recipe. Today, these Buffalo Chicken Sausages, packed with chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and yes, chunks of blue cheese, are making me say, “Ungh.”
That is so many shades of wrong it could be a paint store.
How can anything encased in intestines be bad?!? *shudder*
