Ungh: Greek Pork Souvlaki Pita with Homemade Tzatziki

Cooking amazing cuts of pork on skewers and then tossing them with tomatoes and a homemade cucumber-yogurt sauce never sounded like a better idea. In fact, if I could eat any one thing in the world right now, it would be this dish.
