You are a most delicious plant.

I’ve spent years trying to creatively use your tart-sweetness in my baking.  Every summer I stuff pies, cakes, muffins and crisps chock-full your pink fleshed goodness. I can’t get enough, and I am sad that our time together this year is coming to a halt. Let’s have one last fling!

Yes – that’s right!  Rhubarb Soda.

Carrie Floyd, over at Culinate, has come up with the perfect marriage of drinkable rhubarb-y magic, and let me tell you, it is mighty fine.  Mmm, mmm, mmm! Maybe if I’m feeling extra naughty, we can cocktail it up!
